We want to understand the needs and challenges of the community of science gateway builders and users. That includes everything from funding challenges to identifying talent. If you have participated in science gateways—as a leader, developer, or user—we hope you will connect with our growing community and stay in touch.

Since September 2012, we have been offering many ways for interested individuals to connect with us. We’ve made ourselves available at major domain-based and cyberinfrastructure-oriented conferences across the country, invited many people to attend face-to-face focus groups and workshops, and launched surveys to broaden our understanding of interests and concerns. Right now we are awaiting the outcome of our proposal to implement an NSF-funded Science Gateways Community Institute for the next five years.

In the meantime, you can join our mailing list to hear about upcoming events and other news relevant to the community of gateway builders and users. Quick links to events are available to the right.
