ROSIE Science Gateway

ROSIE: the Rosetta Online Server that Includes Everyone, is a science gateway that provides access to the Rosetta software suite and rapidly evolving tools for the 3D structure prediction and high-resolution design of proteins, nucleic acids, and a growing number of non-natural polymers that were created by members of RosettaCommons. A collaboration of 50 labs and institutions, ROSIE teamed up with the Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE) for computational power. The ROSIE gateway currently serves approximately 5,000 users and has run more than 30,000 jobs. Read more about ROSIE and how XSEDE’s experts were able to help advance their gateway.
