KC Claffy, Director of SGCI Client CAIDA, Inducted Into Internet Hall of Fame

Congratulations to KC Claffy for being inducted into the Internet Hall of Fame! Claffy is the director of the Center for Applied Data Analysis (CAIDA) at the University of California's San Diego Supercomputer Center. Her team at CAIDA worked with SGCI's EDS consultants in 2018. Claffy's work has helped the global scientific research community to better understand the Internet and how it is used. Michael Zentner Named PI of SGCI & Joins SDSC to Lead Sustainable Scientific Software Group

Michael Zentner has been named as director of Sustainable Scientific Software at the San Diego Supercomputer Center (SDSC). Zentner, who was previously at Purdue University and a co-PI of SGCI, has also been named as PI of the SGCI. Nancy Wilkins-Diehr, who has been the director and PI of SGCI since its founding in 2016, will retire on June 30 after 26 years at SDSC. Read the full story published by SDSC .
