The Practice & Experience in Advanced Research Computing (PEARC17) conference, which will take place in New Orleans, July 9–13, 2017, is continuing the successful five-year XSEDE conference while integrating the collective interests of cyberinfrastructure and research computing partners. PEARC17 is for everyone who cares about the challenges in using and operating advanced research computing.
This year’s conference theme—Sustainability, Success, and Impact—reflects key objectives for those who manage, develop, and use advanced research computing throughout the nation and the world. This is continuing with the co-location of the fourth Advancing Research Computing on Campuses (ARCC) best practices workshop. As a combined and newly independent conference, PEARC17 is working to integrate and meet the collective interests of our growing communities.
SGCI is a proud sponsor of PEARC17. Several of our staff members are helping to organize the conference, and we are co-sponsoring the student program as well as a BOF. Several of our staff members will also present at the conference.
