Research Data Framework (RDaF)

NIST has released a preliminary draft of its work on a Research Data Framework. The objective of the next phase in the development of the RDaF is to test the applicability and usefulness of the Framework Core. To accomplish this objective, two concurrent pilot studies—one in Materials Science and the other in Research Universities, including librarian and publisher roles—will be conducted. We encourage those interested in research data management to have a look at this effort: https://www.nist.gov/programs-projects/research-data-framework-rdaf.
