As we enter the second month of celebrations for RDA’s 10th anniversary, RDA's events and activities will focus on the theme of FAIR data, software and hardware.  Mark you calendars!

• RDA Speed Networking Event

  Want to meet more people involved in research data? All are welcome to RDA’s first online Speed Networking Event. Have fun chatting with others in the RDA community – colleagues both old and new. Speed networking is an energizing and powerful way to make several great connections in a short amount of time. Never participated in Speed Networking? • FAIRPoints 'Ask me Anything' Webinar on Software and Workflows

  A discussion about what the FAIRification of software and workflows look like, the available tools/infrastructures that support this process, why FAIRification is important and how it is applicable to researchers.  Register here.
   
• 'RDA for FAIR' Community Cross-fertilisation Workshop

  The workshop brings RDA groups and community members together with the wider research data community for a discussion about the future of FAIR data and software. Register here.
   
• WorldFAIR: Image Sharing Systems and Practices in Cultural Heritage 
  28 February 2023
  15:00 - 16:00 UTC
  WorldFAIR Work Package 13 (WP13) presents their landscaping report identifying how Cultural Heritage institutions engage with FAIR (examining formats and image delivery technologies). This workshop will aim to have a community discussion around this report. Register here.
   
• 'Data Streams' Podcast featuring the FAIR for Virtual Research Environments (VRE) Working Group 
  Episode 8 of the RDA 'Data Streams' Podcast series featuring Kerry Levett at Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) and Sandra Gesing at the University of Illinois.
