SeedMe Workshop at SDSC: Collaborative Data Sharing Infrastructure for Researchers—August 24, 2018

The SeedMe Workshop: Collaborative Data Sharing Infrastructure for Researchers will take place at the San Diego Supercomputer Center August 24, 2018, providing a hands-on experience to create and use data sharing infrastructure for research purposes.

The workshop will introduce the SeedMe platform, which provides powerful data organization and data sharing tools. The platform supports extensive customization and rapid collaboration by providing an ability to collocate data, its description, and its discussion all in one spot. Workshop attendees will take away a fully functioning data sharing website for exploring its use in their projects.

The workshop will cover up to two days of stay (Aug 23-25) on the University of California, San Diego campus (dorm style private room, shared common area and bathrooms), and meals will be included for two days. Attendees may choose to stay elsewhere but would need to cover the associated costs on their own. Lodging will be provided for non San Diego residents only. Attendees must cover their own travel costs.
