Travel Grants Available for Broader Engagement (BE) program & Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) 2021: Apply by June 26, 2020

Applications are now being accepted for travel grants for participation in the Broader Engagement (BE) program and the Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) 2021 Computational Science and Engineering (CSE21) conference in Fort Worth, Texas, which will be on March 1-March 5, 2021. Funding is available for undergraduate and graduate students in all areas of computational science and engineering. There are also limited funds available for faculty and professionals. If you would like to participate but, don’t need travel funding applications for self-funded participants is also welcomed.
The Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics (https://siam.org/) 2021 Computational Science and Engineering (CSE21) conference Broader Engagement (http://shinstitute.org/the-broader-engagement-be-program/) program will provide a rich scientific program, mentoring, and career and professional development to students from underrepresented and underprivileged backgrounds who aspire to broaden their experience in research-based professional activities. Women, racial and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, first-generation scholars, and others from underprivileged backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
