The university of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is looking for a “Regulated Research Program Manager”.  From the description:

The Regulated Research Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and contributing to a comprehensive Regulated Research Data Ecosystem. This ecosystem will encompass technical solutions, individualized consultative services, research data lifecycle support, training, policy interpretation and compliance guidance. Building this regulated research ecosystem requires a coordinated effort among multiple stakeholders and will provide researchers with access to the necessary resources to handle regulated research data, such as controlled unclassified information (CUI).

The program manager will coordinate the building of tools and resources that comply with federal regulations and will support researchers in using these resources through direct consultation, documentation, and training. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate interactions and foster positive relationships among staff, researchers, administrators, and other relevant program stakeholders. Above all, a successful program manager will have a growth mindset being willing to learn and grow, and the desire to serve the Illinois research mission in a collaborative manner.
