Research Data Framework (RDaF): Preliminary Draft

NIST has released a preliminary draft of its work on a Research Data Framework. The objective of the next phase in the development of the RDaF is to test the applicability and usefulness of the Framework Core. To accomplish this objective, two concurrent pilot studies—one in Materials Science and the other in Research Universities, including librarian and publisher roles—will be conducted. NIH Policy for Data Management and Sharing -- Effective January 25, 2021

In a milestone announcement, after extensive consultation with its communities, the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) has release the final version of their Policy for Data Management and Sharing.
