We invite you to attend the Gateways 2018 Resource Expo on Wednesday, September 26, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. 

This will include:

  • Industry vendors
  • Software producers
  • Resource providers
  • Associations
  • Platform providers

At our Resource Expo, participating organizations will have a table for displaying information and interacting with conference attendees. Co-located with the Resource Expo will be the Poster Session and a reception with refreshments.

The Resource Expo will be hosted on the Mezzanine level of the Blanton Museum of Art Edgar A. Smith Building, part of the University of Texas, Austin. Free shuttles will be available from the conference venue and conference hotel to the Museum.

Logistics Info for Resource Expo Exhibitors

The reception runs from 6:30-8:30 pm, but since Austin traffic can be very heavy, we encourage those who will be setting up your Resource Expo table to take the 4:00 pm shuttle from the Commons Conference Center so that you’ll have ample time to get your table set up before guests begin to arrive. The next shuttle will depart Hyatt House at 6:00 pm, so if you took this shuttle you’d be arriving right at the reception start time. A conference staff member will be on the 4 pm shuttle and can point you to your table on arrival. Should you decide to take the later shuttle, please know that each Resource Expo table will be labeled so you’ll know where to set up and this information will also be available in the conference program booklet that you will receive at registration.

Tables are 6 feet wide and will be set up with tablecloths and table skirts. If you are bringing your own tablecloth, feel free to drape it over top what’s there.

The official end time of the Reception is 8:30pm, but you do not have to stay at your table the entire time. You are welcome to display remaining materials/handouts on the table near the registration table on Thursday. Please ask a conference staff member if you have any questions.
