Do you offer software, resources, or services that gateway creators or users should know about?
We invite you to participate in the Gateways 2018 Resource Expo on Wednesday, September 26, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
This will include:
- Industry vendors
- Software producers
- Resource providers
- Platform providers
At our Resource Expo, participating organizations will have a table for displaying information and interacting with conference attendees. It is a great opportunity to showcase products and services, network with decision-makers, and recruit individuals eager to pursue careers in the field. Co-located with the Resource Expo will be the Poster Session and a reception with refreshments.
The Resource Expo will be hosted at the Blanton Museum of Art, part of the University of Texas, Austin. Free shuttles will be available from the conference venue and conference hotel to the Museum.
How to sign up as a Resource Expo Exhibitor
Participating as an exhibitor in the Resource Expo has only two requirements to be completed by Friday, September 7:
- Fill out this form.
- Register for the conference (either for the full conference or a portion including the Expo) — Registration opens June 29.
Bonus: Get prime table placement if you sponsor the conference, too. Sponsorships are available starting at $1300 (for-profit organizations) and $1000 (non-profit), and include prime table placement at the Resource Expo, as well as prime placement of your materials during the conference and complimentary registrations. Please see the Gateways 2018 Conference Sponsorship Page for further details.
Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions about the Resource Expo or sponsorship.
The Gateways 2018 conference continues the long-running Gateway Computing Environments workshop series, which was expanded to a conference in 2016. The conference fills three days, with attendance by more than 100 individuals from the science gateways community, including developers, project leaders, researchers, gateway users, resource providers, educators, and students. Last year, the Resource Expo (held with the Poster Session and Reception) was attended by nearly all conference participants.
