Sponsoring Gateways 2019 gives your organization an opportunity to support the exchange of ideas and innovations, while promoting your products and services to a receptive audience.
The Gateways 2019 conference fills three days, with attendance by more than 100 individuals from the science gateways community, including developers, project leaders, researchers, gateway users, resource providers, educators, and students.
This year, we will be co-located with the international eScience conference, which runs from Tuesday, September 24 through Friday, September 27. The two conferences will have some shared content and events, including a shared keynote, meals, and break space, offering exposure to up to 350 attendees in total.
- Software developers, particularly gateway components or tools and products that support access to shared resources
- Gateway platform or system developers
- Service providers, such as cloud services, consulting, software engineering, etc.
- Hardware or resource providers, such as for HPC, hosting, networking, etc.
- Information resources providers, such as data, databases, digital libraries, etc.
- Universities and research institutes
- Association/membership organizations
The conference includes a joint Gateways/eScience evening reception on Tuesday, September 24, giving sponsors extra dedicated time to showcase products and services, network with attendees, and recruit individuals eager to pursue careers in the field. Each year this event, which is combined with the Poster Session, is attended by nearly all Gateways conference participants.
We invite your organization to join us for this unique opportunity to tell decision-makers and innovators from a diverse array of organizations about your products and services.
Sponsorship levels begin at $1,500 ($1,100 for non-profits) and include visibility throughout the conference with display tables, promotional and program materials, and complimentary conference registrations.
New for this year! Sponsorship includes extra exposure during all three days of the conference and advertising space in the event program. Sponsorship at higher levels includes access to the attendee list before the conference and a speaking opportunity.
Sponsorship funds must be donated (by check, credit card, or wire transfer) by Friday, August 30, so we recommend that you submit the Prospectus form by mid-August.
