Sage Advice: How to Get Started When You Have an Idea

Designer and developer Jonathan Z. White recently wrote an inspiring Medium post about how to get started with executing an idea. Reading his post made us think of all the potential gateway developers out there and how the idea of getting started with developing a gateway can feel daunting. Jonathan suggests starting with the following steps:

  1. Define your goal
  2. Stay on track
  3. Solve a problem
  4. Ditch the “good idea/bad idea” mindset
  5. Ask for help
