Introduction to Expanse will be presented on June 18, 2020, by Mahdhar Tatineni, Ph.D., SDSC User Support Group Lead, Research Programmer Analyst
The webinar will provide an introduction to Expanse, the upcoming NSF funded HPC resource at SDSC. Detailed information will be provided on the Expanse system architecture including the CPU, GPU nodes, and the InfiniBand network. An overview of the AMD Rome architecture and optimization guidelines will be provided with examples.
