Abstract

SeedMeLab is an Open-Source scientific data management system and a managed service for teams struggling with intractable data organization and data access. SeedMeLab was recognized with a 2020 R & D 100 award. SeedMeLab provides extensive set of features for rich data management, these include ability to: a) annotate, discuss and search any file or folder; b) add arbitrary metadata on any file of folder; c) add custom visualization plugins for different filetypes; d) an optional built-in research/project website and e) dull branding, layout and customization capabilities. Short videos | Free trial | Contact
