Abstract
Cyberinfrastructure for Phylogenetic Research (CIPRES) project is an open collaboration funded by the National Science Foundation. The goal of the CIPRES project is to enable large-scale phylogenetic reconstructions. For more information please see www.phylo.org. We have a portal in production at www.phylo.org/portal2 that uses XSEDE resources so large datasets can be analyzed. Parallel versions of applications such as BEAST, Migrate-N, MrBayes, RAxML, and GARLi are run on XSEDE resources via an easy to use graphical user interface, or through a RESTful API. For more information please see www.phylo.org.
