Abstract

This Science Gateway provides access to supercomputing resources without the complexity that often accompanies them. By using this site, you can focus on your computational research instead of fretting about complicated interfaces. The USD gateway is equipped to connect its users with the University HPC cluster as well as XSEDE machines. The science gateway users Apache Airavata middleware services offered through SciGaP platform. The gateway is currently focused on Chemistry and Bio applications but can act as a generic gateway for the university and its collaborators.
