Science Gateways 2024 Annual Conference

The Gateways conference series is hosted each year at a location in the US. Gateways 2024 is excited to be coming to Bozeman, MT!
Join us as we continue to bridge the connection between science and gateways.

Registration for Gateways 2024 is now open!

Tutorials will occur virtually two weeks before the conference—free for any community members. On-site registration will be offered for limited seats—costs are defined below. Complete the registration if you plan to attend free tutorials, the on-site conference, or both tutorials and the on-site conference.

On-site registration - includes meals, receptions, and access to all meeting sessions. 

• Travel support application will close August 16, 2024
• Discounted early bird registration ($450) will be available until September 16, 2024 
• Regular rate ($550) and student registration ($350) will be available until September 30, 2024 
• On-site registration ($600) will be available for limited seats - visit the check-in desk upon arrival.

Please feel free to complete this form if you are a student, faculty, or professional. Applications from conference presenters and first-time attendees will be highly considered. Applicants have the opportunity to receive up to $2,000. Please know that awarded applicants will receive the travel support award directly. We are unable to reimburse your institution on your behalf.

The application will close on Friday, August 16, 2024, and applicants will receive an email with the award decision.
